Walter helped build our Rates Consulting business with his 40+ years in the industry. He is the leader of our cost of service studies and retail rate design team. Walter communicates his incredible knowledge of the rates landscape to our clients while valuing our small business mindset.
Walter is an avid gardener and woodworker at home with his wife of 45 years. Walter is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University.
The PCA team has been called upon by a diverse client base ranging from small facility operators to the largest electric utility in the US to provide a host of services for the transmission and distribution of energy.
