Seth is PCA’s most recent team addition. He spent his previous six years as a Pricing Specialist with TVA. Seth is our expert in TVA rate adjustments and helps translate that to our clients to ensure they have proper cost recovery in all retail classes. Seth helps our TN Valley municipals and cooperatives with retail rate design, cost of service studies, and system planning services.
Seth spends his free time running and tinkering with woodworking projects. He’s excited to complete his first marathon this year! Seth studied Finance and received his MBA from Tennessee Tech University.
The PCA team has been called upon by a diverse client base ranging from small facility operators to the largest electric utility in the US to provide a host of services for the transmission and distribution of energy.
