PCA welcomes the following additions to its business development team: David Jenkins has been named as the new BD vice president working out of Houston, TX focusing on the Southern US. Jenkins previously managed the transmission and substation divisions for MasTec. Jay Bond will serve the Northern states as director of BD based in the Minneapolis area. Bond previously worked as a business development officer at Trinity Meyer. Thad Mumm was promoted to executive vice president, based out of Nebraska, and will lead the team.
