In her committee role with ASCE TN, Monica Sartain continues to work with our state's engineering minds to provide information to lawmakers to improve Tennessee's infrastructure. In 2016, our ASCE section released an Infrastructure Report Card to educate the public and inform decision-makers on the state's needs.
The latest research into TN infrastructure needs has been featured in Tennessee Public Works Magazine where Monica focuses on the immediate state needs. As aging infrastructure is beginning to stack up repair costs, PCA places great importance on the work we do with ASCE to draw attention to our industry. We continue to partner with ASCE to highlight the important role civil engineering plays in everyday life.
